Resolve "Check Consistency Validation Rules CR2.2"

The mentioned error related to CR 2.2 has been fixed and discussed quite some time ago. So when reviewing this branch the focus should probably lie on the info-box added to the menu and whether the layout looks okay. Do we need to provide more information on these checks or do we want to add information on other checks?
