Export corrected bounds to ifc.

Veronika Richter requested to merge 10-export-corrected-space-boundaries-to-ifc into main

First draft of exporting corrected ifc bounds to new file. Only collinear/coincident vertices are removed so far, so only these changes are exported. Closes #10 (closed)
