Fix vertex validation

In both the DigitalHubSB89 ifc and idf file the vertex validation seems to produce some errors. It seems that out of the 6 (ifc) errors, 4 are due to vertices that should not be marked as wrong. (see images)

Additionally there are 2 errors in the idf file for which none of the vertices is marked as incorrect.
