Add small features for user interoperability in App

Add some small features that improve user interoperability:

• switch name of the app according to current settings (IFC Viewer, IDF Viewer, IFC2IDF Transformation Viewer)
• Add the name of the currently loaded file somewhere. Maybe at the top of the full report box? I always forget which version of the building I loaded (if its the original file, or Erics version... They all look the same)
• Add explanations for the consistency checking rules somewhere (mentioned in #44 (closed))
• Progress bar for correction (after accepting the suggested corrections)
• in start menu, "boundary type" should only be available for IFC (not for IDF). Maybe disable choice if IDF is selected?
• check on functionality of 'Run correction' button
• check validation of UDK Berlin
• ...
