Add general settings for validation and correction

• Add a pop-up window with checkboxes to select the validation/correction rules that should be applied.
• Each rule can be selected individually.
• If one of the main categories is selected, all children (individual rules) should be selected, too.

All rules are applied on Space Boundaries

• Choose if only validation should be applied or validation + correction should be attempted. (radio button)
