Add progress bar for all tasks that take a while

Add progress bar in PyQt for

• validation tasks
• correction tasks
• opening an ifc file
• other tasks that take a while

Limits for progress bar: e.g. number of space boundaries to be loaded and update visualization every 10 SBs (%10 = 0)
