Start menu to decide for single validation or IDF/IFC transformation validation

When running the application, a start menu should pop up. Here, one should be able to decide whether the "single validation" should be started (maybe choose if it should be applied to IFC or IDF, if we need to separate those tasks completely), and an IFC/IDF transformation validation.
